Introduction
It is important to note that there are two separate components to this setup: the Blue Iris/CodeProject system and the ALPR Database system. This page is mainly dedicated to setup issues with the ALPR database itself.
Fundamental CodeProject and Blue Iris issues are mostly out of scope for this guide, however, I have included a few common Blue Iris quirks that others have encountered.
